gais A late discovery for me, didn´t know anything about this band and now I ll have some backlog digging to do. Hopefully I will see them live coming spring, fingers crossed. Favorite track: To An End.

mili1 Holland has always been a great progressive rock pool, with iconic bands (Focus, Finch, Supersister....) and a new generation (Ayreon, Knight Area, Like Wendy....). Kayak is part of the legendary dutch bands, with their very melodic and sophisticated songs. We especially remember the "Merlin" rock opera, among many other great albums. This double live release is a good opportunity for (re)discovering this band through these 22 tracks. A sweet delight ! Favorite track: Merlin.

Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) It's good to see that "Kayak" is alive and kicking - it's an integral part of my youth in the 70's, and one of my favorite Dutch bands then. After "Merlin" (1981), I lost track of them, due to their 17-year hiatus. On this live recording, they play songs from their most recent studio album "Seventeen", as well as popular classics from the past. Main songwriter Ton Scherpenzeel is the only one left from the original lineup, joined by talented musicians like Daniel Gildenlöw's brother Kristoffer. Favorite track: La Peregrina.

adriaantorenburg Thxs for the beautiful CD. Love to hear this music again, like I enjoyed your gig at Zoetermeer.

Philip Kret I’ve been listening to Kayak since a friend brought back the second album from Europe in the 70s.I was hooked instantly and having lost track in the 80’s and 90’s am happy to say I am reunited. Great stuff. This live album captures the essence of the band and the songs focus on all the best tracks since their early days. Sad that Pim no longer sits behind the kit but this band is stellar. Marcel has an ear for the melodic guitar parts and instills his own flair to make them contemporary. G
